Fine Wine Tours are designed for those of us who have a thirst for knowledge, or wish to increase their knowledge of wine, which, by the end of our Wine Tasting Experience, should have been satisfied.
We may discover new wines that we have not experienced before, learn about wine making methods from an award winning winemaker and enjoy ourselves in the process.
The educational content includes glass handling, sensory perception, food and wine matching and much more. You will learn about wine faults, how wine is judged and how medals are awarded. As part of our specialised service, you may participate in an informal wine judging experience.
Our tours are accompanied by an experienced, knowledgeable and qualified guide who knows about our wines, the history of the Hunter Valley, and a few secrets off the beaten track.
Fine Wine Tours specialise in the Hunter Valley, but also offer visits to other Wine Regions in NSW (including Orange and Mudgee) as well as Canberra in the ACT.
